Official Ostrich Committee
Official Ostrich Committee, a Minneapolis based improv group composed of seven talented teenagers, will be presenting a family friendly, totally improvised comedy show featuring two improv forms, including one created by the teens themselves!
In act one, GOON RIVER, the teens invite the audience to get to know some of the delightful residents of a quaint small town. Everything seems perfect in this town, but appearances may be deceiving…
This form is popular amongst improvisors all over the world.
In act two, WORLD DECISION CLUB, the teens team up and attempt to fix a small problem with a series of well-intentioned but hilariously misguided solutions that somehow only end up causing bigger problems. If you give a mouse a cookie, he’s probably going to ask for a glass of milk. But if you give teens control of the world, well, it’s anybody’s guess what they’ll do to it.
This unique form was created by the teens themselves!
Tickets will be available at the door and for purchase online, $10 for adults and $7 for anyone 18 and under. The show is appropriate for all ages (though it is best suited for ages 9 and up) and runs about 70 min total,
including a brief intermission.
